The Residences at Salamander offers unmatched luxury in the heart of Virginia Hunt Country.
The exclusive branded residences of the iconic luxury hotel Salamander Resort & Spa in Middleburg, Virginia, The Residences at Salamander feature an abundance of high-end amenities and concierge services, including access to a stunning 14,000 square foot stable complete with 22 stalls, nine paddocks, and a magnificent riding arena and a complimentary 1-year membership to The Club at Creighton Farms and its acclaimed Jack Nicklaus designed golf course.
Across its 49 home sites, The Residences at Salamander exist within two distinct neighborhoods: The Stables and The Vineyards.
The Stables will feature larger floor plans ranging from 4,500 to 5,500 square feet of interior living space while the Vineyards offer slightly more modest floor plans starting at 3,500 square feet of interior living space. Unlike The Stables, which offer owners an abundance of customizations, The Vineyards will be a fully designed end product.
Crafted in partnership with some of the Mid-Atlantic’s most esteemed design professionals, including award-winning interior designer Thomas Pheasant and acclaimed custom home builder Castlerock Enterprises, the Residences at Salamander offers a rare combination of rustic elements and contemporary styling.
Founded by Sheila Johnson, one of America’s most notable business leaders, The Salamander Resort & Spa sits on over 300 acres of pastoral countryside in Middleburg, Virginia.
