During our Initial Consultation, we will engage in an Introductory Call to learn more about your vision and establish key criteria such as timeline, scope, style, and budget.

During Design Coordination, we take your criteria and establish a recommendation of experts to help facilitate the project. Following sign off, we facilitate meetings and interviews and a undertake a collaborative review of contracts and proposals to ensure alignment prior to commitment.

During Project Oversight, we facilitate the organization of project milestones as determined by your contracted team of design professionals, an initial site visit, and key project milestones and field notes to ensure your project stays on track - and on budget.

Throughout the process of design and construction, we will facilitate and review independent inspections at critical construction milestones (i.e. Foundation, Framing, Pre-Drywall, MEP,  Blue Tape, 11 Month Post Settlement, etc.).

During Owner Occupancy, we assist you in the process of moving in to your new home, including the creation of Project Binder with paperwork and files, the facilitation of an 11 month post-occupancy warranty inspection, the creation of a project retrospective, including photography, videography, and an Editorial Coffee Table Book, as well as the coordination of awards submissions to American Institute of Architects (AIA).
