During our Initial Consultation, we will engage in an Introductory Call to learn more about your vision and establish key criteria such as timeline, scope, style, and budget.

During Design Coordination, we take your criteria and establish a recommendation of experts to help facilitate the project. Following sign off, we facilitate meetings and interviews and a undertake a collaborative review of contracts and proposals to ensure alignment prior to commitment.

During Project Oversight, we facilitate the organization of project milestones as determined by your contracted team of design professionals, an initial site visit, and key project milestones and field notes to ensure your project stays on track - and on budget.

Throughout the process of design and construction, we will facilitate and review independent inspections at critical construction milestones (i.e. Foundation, Framing, Pre-Drywall, MEP, Blue Tape, 11 Month Post Settlement, etc.).

During Owner Occupancy, we assist you in the process of moving in to your new home, including the creation of Project Binder with paperwork and files, the facilitation of an 11 month post-occupancy warranty inspection, the creation of a project retrospective, including photography, videography, and an Editorial Coffee Table Book, as well as the coordination of awards submissions to American Institute of Architects (AIA).

IS THERE A FEE FOR DESIGN CONCIERGE?
Design Concierge is a professional service that charges a simple 2.50% fee based on the contracted scope of work — paid in three phases, plus an upfront deposit of $2,500.
WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS ARE BEST FOR DESIGN CONCIERGE?
Design Concierge is designed for those who wish to make improvements to residential property. Most commonly, this refers to building a custom home. However, Design Concierge can also be helpful in facilitating home renovations, including whole home renovations, site design, feasibility studies, and more.
IS DESIGN CONCIERGE SIMILAR TO OWNER’S REPRESENTATION?
Design Concierge is similar to Owner’s Representation, but with a few key differences. Among them, Design Concierge does not position itself as an architect, civil engineer, lawyer, or licensed contractor.
I AM A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL. HOW DOES DESIGN CONCIERGE SELECT DESIGN PROFESSIONALS FOR PROJECTS?
Design professionals recommended to end users are done so based on a variety of criteria, including location, style, and a demonstrated track record of subject matter expertise.
