Once your offer has been accepted, we will facilitate a feasibility study with a trusted residential architect to ensure your building lot fits your vision and specific needs. Real Estate Advisors operate under the ethical and legal guidelines that underpin all Realtor activity in the United States. As such, a Real Estate Advisor may not provide professional services with a customer who already has a formal relationship with a Realtor. Real Estate Advisors fully support the principles of the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Opportunity Act.
