While less than one square mile in size and with less than 400 residents, White Stone, Virginia has a welcoming community spirit best embodied by the Robert O. Norris Bridge, which connects Virginia’s Northern Neck to the Middle Peninsula, as well as the Rappahannock River Waterfowl Show, which is considered among the most popular traditions in the Mid-Atlantic.
