Rich in history and character, the original home was the subject of a large scale renovation and expansion under the care of acclaimed custom home builders Tamarack Properties, who honored the historic heritage of the property while transforming it into a modern, functional retreat for a growing family.
The renovation and expansion included a full remodel of the main residence as well as an addition of a guest house, pool house, detached garage with in-law apartment, and the surrounding pool and hardscape areas.

“Dated interiors were reimagined to meet the needs of a large family while preserving the home’s architectural integrity. Rooms were thoughtfully expanded, kitchens and bathrooms redesigned, and original trim details meticulously restored.”
One of the estate’s most unique features is its pool house. Once a historic log cabin on the property, it was carefully disassembled, each log numbered, and then reconstructed on a new foundation. A bath addition was incorporated, providing guests with a comfortable, rustic retreat for summer days by the pool.
The result is a timeless estate that honors its centuries-old roots while offering the convenience, livability, and elegance expected in a modern family home.
